Consistent, friendly and professional service. Not as fancy as some other business class pods, but the lie-flat seats are fairly private which is nice.
Flight attendants are respectful of privacy, but maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
In-flight entertainment is very good, with updates frequent enough for new content for very frequent travelers.
